  • Work as part of a team to drive projects including technical, business, and financial aspects
  • Lead engagements as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on ServiceNow implementation
  • Drive client roadmap discussions and decisions
  • Provide advisory services around the customer charter(s)
  • Lead business process (re)design sessions in a consultative approach
  • Improvement and gap analysis of current / to-be processes during workshops with key customer sponsors and stakeholders
  • Earn trusted advisor status with the client throughout the transformation
  • Identify areas of process improvement (efficiency and effectiveness) and recommend process and platform solutions that detail pros, cons and risks
  • Promote continuous process improvement practices through process metrics /KPI’s, dashboards and role accountabilities
  • Facilitate training, knowledge transfer and experience-sharing sessions
  • Lead partnership with the Product Management teams to ensure alignment with product direction and communicate product improvement recommendations to the customer base
  • Up to 50% travel will be required
  • Must be willing to work with cross functional virtual teams


  • Bachelors degree or equivalent technical / business qualification through experience 
  • Minimum of 10 years of business consulting experience 
  • Minimum of 10 years of process management experience
  • Minimum of 10 years of enterprise level IT project management experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience driving large scale, complex change initiatives and programs to successful implementation
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working with ServiceNow

Nice to have:

  • PMP Certification
  • ITIL Certification
  • BPM Certification
