Overview

Crossfuze Europe is seeking Technical Consultants for leading the successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions. Working in a client-consulting environment the primary role of the Technical Consultant is to work with our Customers to understand their requirements, translate these into technical solutions, and lead the technical delivery of that solution.

 

Location

 

The successful candidate would be based out of Dublin, with some home/remote working flexibility, and must be able to travel within Europe and the UK.

Responsibilities

  • You will be involved in all technical aspects of ServiceNow, including:
    • Application & UI Configuration.
    • Workflow Configuration.
    • Development of client specific reporting.
    • Development of integration components (SSO, LDAP, Web Services etc.).
    • Day-to-day System Administration.
  • You will prepare and lead customer workshops to design ServiceNow solutions
  • You will transform business goals and technical requirements into customer implementations.
  • You will work with different personalities, communicate like a pro, and win people over by being yourself.
  • You will work in a challenging environment, manage the resolution of obstacles, and work on multiple projects; all whilst developing your own skills and experiences, as well as others around you.

Qualifications

Must Have:

  • 2 years’ experience in a technical role leading the design and development of ITSM solutions.
  • 1 year of  experience with implementing solutions in ServiceNow.
  • ServiceNow System Administration Certification.
  • ITIL Foundation Certification.
  • Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, etc.).
  • Knowledge of technical components such as LDAP, SSO, VPN, SSL, and other such technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully act as a trusted advisor for all key technical decisions during complex project delivery, with strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Strong interpersonal skills, customer centric attitude, ability to deal with cultural diversity.
  • Degree or equivalent, preferably in Information Technology.

Preferred:

  • ServiceNow Developer Certification.
  • ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification.
