They don’t have the courage to stand up for project quality. They don’t hold firm on the value of pricing. And they don’t stay fully engaged with the client after the deal is sealed.

We’re more concerned about what happens at the end of the line than on the dotted line. So we stay involved. Escort each project into the end zone. And serve as the client’s advocate from start to finish.

We're looking for a high-energy, driven professional to join our Sales team. The Account Executive is responsible for new business development in the service management/ServiceNow implementation space across North America. You will represent the entire range of company products and services around this competency. You will be responsible for prospecting, qualification, solution development and presenting capabilities to key decision makers based on their specific needs and resulting in profitable revenue growth.

*Must have at least one year of experience in a B2B environment selling enterprise level technology solutions. IT Service Management (ITSM) and/or ServiceNow experience is preferred. Candidates lacking this experience will not be considered*
You must have a proven history of developing opportunities in new accounts and a track record of servicing and growing existing accounts.
You must have a proven history of finding new business and closing new accounts on your own.
Ability to work within a fast-paced, deadline driven, multi-disciplinary environment with a structured sales approach to prospecting, qualifying, solution alignment, presentation and closure.
