Overview

Crossfuze Europe is seeking a Pre-Sales Solutions Consultant  for leading the successful delivery of customer solution designs. Working in a client-consulting environment, the primary role of the Solutions Consultant is to demonstrate and design customer solutions during the Sales lifecycle. 

 

Location

 

The successful candidate would be based out of our London Headquarters, with some home/remote working flexibility, and must be able to travel within the UK and Europe.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and provide live demonstrations of the ServiceNow platform
  • Prepare and lead customer workshops to design ServiceNow solutions.
  • Transform business goals and requirements into customer solutions.
  • Build, maintain, and foster relationships with Customers and Technical staff.
  • Build and maintain working relationships with ServiceNow pre-sales consultancy team.
  • Continual self-learning and keeping pace with the evolving ServiceNow platform
  • Work with different personalities, communicate like a pro, and win people over by being yourself.
  • Work in a challenging environment, manage the resolution of obstacles, and work on multiple engagements; all whilst developing your own skills and experiences, as well as others around you.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar role, demonstrating technical platforms.
  • Working knowledge of SaaS Platforms, and the ServiceNow market.
  • Ability to manage your own self-paced learning of new ServiceNow functionality.
  • Demonstrate a commercial understanding, and able to articulate the value proposition of ServiceNow.
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully act as a trusted, with strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Strong interpersonal skills, customer centric attitude, ability to deal with cultural diversity.
  • Degree or equivalent, preferably in Information Technology.
