    • Engaging with customers/prospects in understanding their business goals and solution objectives
    • Building and conducting product demonstrations
    • Working closely with the field sales team and support in Go-To-Market activities
    • Engaging with Product Engineering to prepare solution demos
    • Engaging with Product Management to feed feature requirements from customers/market


    • Bachelors degree or equivalent technical / business qualification through experience 
    • A minimum of 2 years of experience in pre-sales role for software solutions
    • A minimum of 2 years of experience with pre-sales presentation or online webinars remotely using web conferencing tools
    • Ability to travel on-site if needed and present to all levels from Managers to C-level executives

    • Ability to engage with diverse audiences from business users to CXOs
    • Ability to present in front of large audiences at ServiceNow User Community events
    • Quick learner, ability to multi-task and work under pressure and work with geographically distributed teams
    • Proficient giving presentations, excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • ServiceNow experience a priority, however any domain or ITSM experience is a plus
