    Breathe a little fire.


    Most sales reps don’t breathe fire. And that ‘s not the only thing they don’t do.


    They don’t have the courage to stand up for project quality. They don’t hold firm on the value of pricing.  And they don’t stay fully engaged with the client after the deal is sealed.


    Our vibe is different. No bail after the sale here.


    We’re more concerned about what happens at the end of the line than on the dotted line. So we stay involved. Escort each project into the end zone. And serve as the client’s advocate from start to finish.


    We also stand up for Crossfuze's interests and say no when we have to. Because we have the cool & confident conviction that our high professional standards don’t tick people off: They actually earn the client’s respect.


    Other things on our to-do list. Deliver the unexpected. And serve as an All-Star Crossfuze representative to, well, THE WORLD.


    Look. This is a big whopping job. And it’s not for everybody.

    The Business Development Representative is primarily responsible for creating meetings for our Senior Account Executives across the US and Canada. You will be researching and gaining a deep understanding of your prospects, while creating a strong meeting pipeline for the team. You will be handling and qualifying all inbound Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).You will also be independently prospecting in to new companies and setting appointments. 


    You will be in an innovative and fast-paced environment, it is important to stay current with inbound marketing and sales strategies. You will be supported with strong leadership, investment and opportunities for advancement within a rapidly growing organization. Our success is due to our people, plain and simple. We have mastered the technique on how to find, capture, and retain highly qualified people that strategically fit into our clients’ culture and expectations, not just the project at hand. 


    *The target start date for this position is in Q1 2018*

    • You must have at least two years' experience in lead generation, inside sales, outside  sales, or inbound marketing. 
    • You must have a proven history of developing opportunities and driving initial activity in new accounts.  

    • Ability to work within a fast-paced, deadline driven, multi-disciplinary environment. 

    Nice To Have

    • Working knowledge of information technology and software solutions
    • Experience working in a consulting services environment 
    • Previous experience using Salesforce.com
