    • Bachelor’s degree or College Diploma or equivalent technical / business qualification through experience
    • Minimum of 5 years' experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, etc.)
    • Minimum of 5 years' experience in web applications, networks, protocols, and email (SMTP, POP3)
    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience configure the ServiceNow solution to meet identified business requirements, process guides and functional requirements
    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience Configure/Customize ServiceNow including Workflows, Service Catalog, UI, Client scripts, Business rules, UI Actions, Script Includes etc.
    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience administering a ServiceNow instance including managing the overall security of the platform, configuring Service Level Agreements (SLAs), developing workflows, business rules, UI pages, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, catalog items, domain separation and updates of all other existing solutions requiring revisions
    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience supporting and developing integrations between ServiceNow instances
    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience creating test scripts and repeatable error defect scripts
    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience interacting with and determining business requirements
    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience participating in the full software development life cycle: Analysis, Design, Coding, Testing and promotion into Production
    • Knowledge of ServiceNow CSM module
    • Recent experience in a ServiceNow in the lead development role
    • Ability to talk in business language
    • Ability to report on and ensure compliance to SLA
    • Ability to resource and delegate tickets
    • Excellent written and verbal/listening communication skills
    • Excellent at customer service
    • Proficient in project management and planning
    • Commitment to excellence, entrepreneurial and self-motivated
    • Superior organizational and time management skills
    • Strong ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment
    • Creative ability and mindset

    Nice to Have:

    • SNC Implementation Specialist certification preferred
    • SNC Administrator certification preferred
    • Web Services integrations preferred
    • ITIL v3 or 2011 certification preferred
